I totally feel that frustration. Im super happy with my display and honestly have zero complaints about how it works, but the actual DIY setup part is such a headache. Honestly it reminds me of when I was messing with my Samsung HW-Q990C Soundbar last summer and everything just went wrong.

lost the mounting brackets twice

accidentally scuffed the baseboard

had to rearrange the whole cabinet because the power cord wouldnt reach I was basically fuming for three hours straight while the kids were trying to watch cartoons. It turned into this whole thing where I had to go to the hardware store twice in one afternoon just for tiny parts. My garage is still a mess from that project and I still havent found those original screws. Anyway lol sorry kinda went off topic there.

Consider burn-in warranties. OLED screens + automotive heat... risky combo, even at $1800.

Before you pull the trigger, be careful with OLED burn-in. Consider a Sony A95K; its heatsink tech might offer better long-term reliability. I've seen them around $2000.

I got the 65" S90C last year. Loving it! Paid around $1600. Colors are amazing for Forza. No regrets!
