Based on the data from previous holiday cycles, they tend to drop the biggest sitewide tiers - usually hitting that 20 percent to 30 percent mark - roughly 48 hours before the actual Friday. I am pretty satisfied with their inventory management system too; rarely see out of stock errors on the popular shades during the first wave. No complaints on the technical side of their checkout process, it just works well. TL;DR: Expect 20-30 percent off; site reliability is high.
