Honestly I am so sick of these fake sales every year like I spent all of last November refreshing Amazon and Best Buy just to see prices go up right before the discount hit it is actually ridiculous. I was trying to snag a decent GPU last year and the bots just ate everything within two seconds and I ended up with nothing but a headache. I'm already stressing about 2026 because I need to build a whole new rig for my architectural design work here in Chicago and I have about $1500 saved up specifically for the big parts. I dont want to deal with the usual suspects anymore if they're just gonna play games with the inventory and ship me a returned box.

Is Newegg still even good or have they gone downhill too? I heard B&H is okay but I've never used them for major PC components before. Basically I am done with the mainstream hype and just want to know where people actually find legitimate deep discounts on high end tech during Cyber Monday. Are there some smaller niche sites I should be watching for 2026? Or maybe some secret discord groups that track the real drops? Im just so tired of the 50 percent off tags that are actually just the normal MSRP...

Im trying to put together a new home theater setup for my basement - budget is strictly $1500 - and I need to know if I should hold out for the actual Monday or if theyre gonna do that whole Early Access thing theyve been testing with Prime members lately. Normally Id just wait but I dont want to miss out on the OLED stock if they drop them early. Does anyone know if theyre officially doing early access deals for Cyber Monday 2026?

So I've been a total Black Friday hawk for like a decade now, usually I have my spreadsheets ready by Halloween because we all know the ad scans for Kohl's and Target used to hit the web like clockwork back in the day. But looking ahead to 2026 specifically, I'm trying to plan this massive 4K projector and sound system setup for my new house build and I'm kinda stuck on the timeline. My logic was that since retailers have been pushing 'Black November' closer and closer to October, we might actually see the first real confirmations even earlier than usual.

I was checking some old threads and noticed that the leak cycles are getting shorter because of how everything moved to apps and member-only early access. Like, if Amazon does Prime Big Deal Days again in October 2026, does that basically count as the start? Or are we still waiting until the first week of November for the actual 'Black Friday' branding to show up? I'm trying to keep my budget around $4k for the whole theater kit but I don't want to blow it in October if the real 2026 doorbusters aren't announced until the week of. It feels like the old leak sites aren't as reliable as they were back in 2019 or 2021... anyone seen any info on if the major players are shifting their announcement calendars for 2026?

I have been trying to plan ahead for my nephew's birthday next year and I am already feeling pretty overwhelmed by the whole thing. He is turning ten in December 2026 and he really wants a gaming console but I have absolutely no clue what I am doing. I have never owned a game system in my life and when I look at the ads I just see a bunch of numbers and letters that dont mean anything to me. I have managed to save up about 400 dollars which I think is a lot but maybe it isnt? I dont know. I was thinking about waiting for the Black Friday sales in 2026 to see if I could get more for my money because I want to get him some games too not just the box itself. My sister says he likes Mario but then I saw a box for a PlayStation and it didnt have Mario on it so I guess they are different? It is all very confusing.

I live in a small town so I usually just go to the local Walmart but I keep seeing people online talking about Best Buy or Amazon having better bundles. I am worried if I buy it online it might get stolen from my porch or be the wrong version. I heard some versions are for discs and some are just for the internet? There are a few things I am really confused about:

how do I know if the games work on the machine

are the bundles actually a good price or just a trick

do I need to pay for a subscription to use it

I just want to make sure I am looking at the right stores when the time comes. I know 2026 is still a bit away but I like to have a plan because I am so bad at tech stuff. I am really sorry if this is a dumb question to ask here I just dont want to mess this up for him since he has been asking for a long time. Does anyone know which stores usually have the most reliable deals for gaming stuff or which ones I should keep an eye on when the 2026 sales start?

I'm freaking out a little bit because I really need a new TV for my apartment in Chicago. My current one literally just died on me and I have like a $600 budget max which isnt much these days for something decent. Everyone keeps talking about these "leaked ads" for Black Friday 2026 and how you can see what Best Buy or Walmart are going to sell before they actually announce it. I tried searching on Google but I just keep getting these weird scammy looking websites with tons of popups and I'm scared I'm gonna get a virus or something. I honestly have no idea where to start or if there is like a "secret" site that people use??

I'm sorry if this is a really dumb question I just dont want to wait until the last minute and then find out everything is sold out because I didnt check the leaks early enough. My brother told me some people use Reddit or specific forums but I dont even know which ones are real or if I'm even looking at the right year. It's all so confusing and I'm worried I'm gonna miss the window to buy a 4k screen before they're gone.

Where do you guys actually go to find the real leaked ads for electronics without getting scammed or clicking on bad links? Is there a specific date they usually start showing up...

So Ive been building my own rigs since the early 2000s and usually I have my Cyber Monday routine down to a science—refreshing Newegg and B&H at midnight, you know the drill. But this year feels super weird with all the supply chain rumors for the Q4 2026 releases. Im trying to put together a serious workstation for a massive freelance project that kicks off first week of January, so I really cant afford to miss out on parts or wait for backorders. My budget is about $4,000 for the tower alone and Im hunting for those high-end components like the latest gen GPUs and those specific 4TB NVMe drives that always seem to sell out in five minutes. Lately though, the big retailers have been absolutely overrun by scalper bots and Im starting to hear that some of the smaller boutique shops or maybe even direct manufacturer sites like ASUS might be doing better exclusive drops this year. Im located in Oregon so Im trying to avoid sales tax if possible but honestly at this point I just need to know who is actually going to have the deep discounts and stock. Are there any niche sites or reliable aggregators I should be watching besides the usual suspects? I need to get this build finalized before the end of November or Im totally screwed for this job.
