I'm planning to buy a new car through Carwow and wondering if anyone knows of any active discount codes or promotional offers? I've seen some expired ones online but nothing current. Has anyone used a code recently or know where to find legitimate ones? Any savings would be helpful with car prices being so high right now. Thanks in advance for any tips!
Building on the earlier suggestion, I totally see why people think codes are a myth but I have had a slightly different experience! While generic checkout codes are rare, the real magic is in the manufacturer deposit contributions that pop up during certain months. I used this trick when I grabbed my Skoda Octavia Hatchback 1.5 TSI and the savings were absolutely amazing. Basically saved way more than any 50 pound voucher would ever give me! Honestly, if you are looking to save big, look for the in stock deals rather than waiting for a custom build. I helped my brother find a Ford Puma 1.0 EcoBoost mHEV recently and because he took a showroom model, the dealer knocked off an extra two grand on top of the Carwow discount. It was fantastic to see! Just message the dealers directly through the app and ask if they have any pre-reg units. You wont find a code for that but the price drop is way better, trust me...
In my experience, hunting for a specific promo code on carwow usually turns up dry because of how their backend actually functions. Over the years, I have used the platform for several purchases, including a Volkswagen Golf 1.5 TSI and more recently a Hyundai IONIQ 5 77.4kWh AWD, and the real savings never came from a code at checkout. Basically, the site is built on a reverse auction model where dealers are already cutting their margins to the bone to win your lead. Tbh, a fifty pound voucher is peanuts compared to the 3k or 4k discount you get just by letting the dealerships bid against each other. I have tried many of those voucher sites before, but they usually just point to standard manufacturer incentives that are already built into the quotes you receive. If you are selling a car through them, you might find a small fee waiver, but for buying, the discount is the platform itself. Just make sure you are looking at the total price and not just the monthly pcp figures, as dealers sometimes hide the lack of a true discount in the finance rates.
Noted!
Just checked a few sites and there are currently 6 Carwow discount codes available from MyVoucherCodes, with tested and working vouchers to save on selling, buying and leasing cars.
