Im just so done with my current dash cam it literally stopped loop recording right when I needed it for a close call on the 405. Driving without one makes me so anxious so I was thinking about just biting the bullet but my logic was that Black Friday is right around the corner.
I have a budget of maybe $150 for a front and rear setup and I really need it before my December road trip. Are we looking at Amazon for the best 2026 deals or should I keep an eye on direct sites like Viofo? Everything seems like a scam lately and I just want something that actually works...

Amazon usually wins on price tho direct sites sometimes bundle free kits. I have been super satisfied with the 70mai A810 4K Dash Cam Front and Rear lately. The Starvis 2 sensor works well in low light, zero complaints. It might hit $150 during the sale. Just grab a Samsung PRO Endurance 256GB microSDXC so the loop recording stays stable.

Honestly, watch for VIOFO A129 Plus Duo 2K Front and 1080P Rear deals on Amazon. It usually drops right around $150 in November. Direct sites sometimes have better bundles, but Amazon shipping is faster. Quick tip tho: your loop recording issue is usually the SD card failing, so grab a SanDisk MAX Endurance 128GB microSD too or it wont matter what cam you buy.
