I'm looking to upgrade my house cleaning routine and add some eco-friendly products to my bedroom. Does anyone know if Blueland typically participates in Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales? I'm hoping to stock up on their products in 2024. What kind of deals have you seen in previous years? Any insider tips for maximizing savings during these sales events?"

@Reply #6 - good point! Honestly, I've been tracking these sales for a few years now and while the discounts are okay, my long-term experience has been kinda a letdown. I used their stuff for about 18 months and the tech behind the tablets just isn't there yet. Specifically, the dishwasher tabs struggled with hard water scaling in my kitchen. I noticed significant etching and white film on my glasses after 6 months of use because the surfactant concentration didn't play nice with my local water minerals. Also, those forever bottles aren't exactly forever. The spray triggers have some real design flaws. I've had two snap on me because the plastic spring tension is too high for the material grade they use. I actually ended up switching to the Force of Nature Starter Kit for my heavy-duty disinfecting. It uses electrolysis to make hypochlorous acid which is much more scientifically sound than a dissolving tablet. For the bedroom or bathroom, I've been much happier with the Milly & Sissy Hand Wash Refill since the consistency is better and it doesn't dry out my hands like the Blueland foam did. Just something to think about before you drop a ton of cash during the sale.

Hand wash and dishwasher tablets work effectively and save money compared to brands like Meyer's or Seventh Generation that come in plastic packaging. Performance has been satisfactory for both cleaning purposes. Will buy again this Black Friday, they usually have instant rebates on their website.

Re: "@Reply #6 - good point! Honestly, I've been..." - yeah, I totally have to agree with the disappointment here. I really tried to make it work for over a year but unfortunately the performance just didnt live up to the hype. I had issues with stuck-on food and that cloudy film on my glassware too. Its definitely not as good as expected when you compare it to traditional stuff, which is a bummer because I love the mission. If you want something that actually cleans your house without the plastic waste, honestly just go with Dropps Dishwasher Detergent Pods. You cant go wrong with Dropps in my experience. Their formula handles the heavy lifting much better and you still get that eco-friendly vibe. Just get any of their laundry or kitchen packs during the holiday sales and you'll be set for way longer anyway. Kinda wish I had switched sooner tbh.

Not sure about specific sales, but you might want to sign up for their email newsletter if you haven't already. That's typically how they announce their holiday promotions, and you'll be among the first to know when they release any Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals.
