So I was thinking about grabbing some tickets for a Knicks game next December for my brothers 30th birthday and I've been trying to figure out if it's actually worth waiting for those holiday sales they do. I saw on some old Reddit threads that they usually drop like a 10 or 15 percent discount code around Black Friday but then I read this other blog saying the 2026 promos might just be fee-free days instead of actual price cuts. My logic was that a flat percentage off is way better but I'm stuck because I don't know if they usually cap the savings or if it applies to everything on the site... my budget is around 400 bucks so those fees really kill me. Does anyone know if the holiday deals are usually legit or just marketing hype?
> I've been trying to figure out if it's actually worth waiting for those holiday sales they do. Honestly, I've used the SeatGeek Mobile App iOS Android for years and the holiday deals are solid. I'm always satisfied with the $20 off codes they drop around Black Friday. Its no hype, the savings are real. For a $400 budget, fee-free days actually work well and save you more than a tiny percentage. I've had no complaints waiting for their promos.
