In my experience, Bizee usually knocks about 20 to 30 percent off their service fees for the Gold and Platinum tiers during the holidays. Like someone mentioned, it is a decent chunk, but remember that the state filing fee itself never changes. That is a pass-through cost. If you are just doing the Silver tier, it is already 0 dollars plus state fees, so there isnt much to save there anyway. Ive tried many of these services over the years. If you are looking for value, Northwest Registered Agent LLC Service is a solid alternative because they include the registered agent service for the first year and have better privacy protection than most. Another one to watch is ZenBusiness Starter Plan which often has competitive entry pricing. Bizees sale usually just matches what others charge normally if you look at the total 2-year cost. If you are dead set on Bizee for 2025, wait for the Bizee Gold Package deal in late November. But ngl, if you need that LLC for your car detailing business now to get insurance or a bank account, waiting three months to save 50 bucks might actually cost you more in lost work... just some food for thought.
