Honestly i havent seen any active codes for Bizee lately but their silver plan is usually free anyway besides the state fees! Love how cheap it is to get a business off the ground these days. It totally reminds me of when I launched my first firm years ago... I was so stressed about every little penny. I actually took a break and drove down to this massive tech expo in Austin just to clear my head and man it was amazing! The food trucks there were out of this world. I found this one spot that did Korean BBQ tacos that I still dream about to this day. I ended up missing half the seminars because I was just hanging out by the river talking shop with some random developers from Sweden. Best networking I ever did tbh!! Anyway lol sorry totally went off on a tangent there.

In my experience, these services are essentially just UI wrappers for state filing APIs. Ive handled dozens of incorporations over the years and the technical specs of the filing process dont change much between the budget providers. Years ago when I was first starting out, I tried to DIY the whole process to keep overhead low. I ended up botching a specific requirement for the operating agreement because I was trying to save fifty bucks on a professional template. That one tiny data entry mistake snowballed and caused a massive lag when I tried to open my business banking. I learned the hard way that chasing a discount code often leads to technical debt later in the business lifecycle. Its usually better to just pay the state fees and use a platform that doesnt mess up the logic of your docs. Basically, dont overthink the small savings when a filing error costs hundreds to fix later.

Haven't seen any Bizee codes lately. Before committing, *really* check their registered agent services. I'd suggest Northwest Registered Agent; $125/year and rock solid after 10+ years dealing with them.

Forget codes. Bizee's 'free' tier gets you started. I've incorporated several businesses; initial cost isn't everything. Focus on long-term value; legal fees later can easily eclipse $500.

Bizee's 'cheap' for a reason. Spend extra for known reliability, like Valvoline. Is it worth the risk?
