Has anyone heard anything about Eileen Fisher’s Cyber Monday sales for 2025 yet? I’m hoping to pick up a couple of their wool coats and maybe some washable crepe pants, but I’d like to know what kind of discounts they typically offer (percent off? sitewide vs. select styles?). Also, do they usually do better deals online than in-store on Cyber Monday?

In my experience (last 4–5 years stalking EF sales 😅), Cyber Monday is usually around 25–30% off with extra % on sale, mostly online-only; coats + washable crepe sell out fast, so add to cart + wishlist early.

Hey, fellow EF stalker here 🙋‍♀️ who probably over‑analyzes this stuff.

So, looking at the *pattern* from the last 3–4 years (BF + CM):

- **Discount structure:** It’s usually:
- Black Friday: ~20–25% off *almost* sitewide
- Cyber Monday: similar % off but with a **stackable extra % on sale** (often +20–40% off already reduced items). That’s where the real math wins are.

- **Coats vs. crepe pants (historically):**
- Wool coats: often **excluded** or “limited time” pricing instead of full sitewide %. They sometimes only drop them ~15–20% max and sizes vanish fast.
- Washable crepe: more likely to be included, but **core colors (black, graphite)** sell out first in common sizes (S–L).

- **Online vs in‑store:**
- Online: better **promocode stacking** and more consistent % off.
- Stores (incl. Company Stores/outlets): sometimes have **deeper markdowns on odd sizes/colors** but no extra % on top. Great if you’re flexible, not great if you want a specific color/size.

If you’re targeting specific coats, I’d:
1. Add them to your EF account wishlist now.
2. Screenshot current prices.
3. Check Thursday–Sunday: sometimes BF price = CM price, CM just adds extra % on the sale section.

If history repeats, Cyber Monday will be *slightly* better for washable crepe + sale items, but not dramatically better for the big-ticket coats.

Hope this helps! Happy hunting 🙂

Hey, chiming in as someone who budgets pretty hard around EF sales every year and treats their stuff like long-term “cost per wear” investments.

**Story/context:**
Last year I went in planning to splurge on a wool coat + crepe pants on Cyber Monday. I’d seen the 25–30% off pattern too… but when I actually did the math, I ended up splitting my purchases between *before* Cyber Monday, Cyber Monday online, and one in‑store trip. Weirdly strategic, but it saved me a decent chunk.

**What I’ve noticed (from a pure cost/value angle):**
- **Online vs in‑store:**
- Online almost always has the *headline* discount (like 25–30% sitewide or on “select full price”), plus an extra % off sale.
- Stores often do the same percentage but on a narrower set of pieces, and they’re more likely to have older colors/odd sizes that are already marked down. If you’re flexible on color/size, in‑store can be a cheaper total price.

- **Coats specifically:**
- The classic wool coats rarely make it to the deepest discounts in the most popular colors/sizes. If there’s a very specific coat you’re eyeing and you wear it constantly, I think it’s rational to grab it at 20–25% off rather than gambling on a later 40% off that may never happen in your size.

- **Washable crepe pants:**
- These *do* go on promo more often. I usually wait for:
- Cyber Monday/holiday: ~25–30% off full price, or
- A later-season promo when certain colors drop further.
- My rule of thumb: under ~$140 for crepe pants = decent deal, under ~$120 = very good, assuming you’ll wear them weekly.

**Practical game plan (if you’re cost-conscious):**
1. **Make a priority list**: 1–2 “must have” items (probably the coat), then 2–3 “nice to have” (crepe pants, etc.).
2. **Pre‑load your cart + wish list** a week before. Watch what sells out in your size during Black Friday.
3. **Check both channels**:
- Online: better for standard, current-season colors and clear promos.
- In‑store (if you have one nearby): better for random marked-down colors/sizes, sometimes effectively cheaper than the online Cyber Monday price even with a lower promo %.
4. **Don’t overpay for a placeholder color**: If you really want black or charcoal in a coat, don’t settle for a random seasonal color just because it’s 5–10% cheaper. You’ll wear the “right” color more, and that matters for cost-per-wear.

**Lesson learned (for me, anyway):**
Cyber Monday for EF is good, but not magical. It’s usually a solid, predictable discount, not a blowout. For high-use pieces (wool coat, black crepe pants you’ll live in), I’m fine buying at 20–30% off when my size is in stock. For “nice to have” colors or silhouettes, I wait and hunt the sale section or in‑store racks.

So I’d say: plan to buy your top‑priority coat during the first decent promo you see (BF or CM), and treat Cyber Monday as a good – but not once-in-a-lifetime – deal, especially online.

Hope this helps you game it out a bit!

Hey, coming at this more from a “market watcher” angle.

Tip: EF’s Cyber Monday promos have honestly lagged behind peers (think Theory, Vince, COS, sometimes even Club Monaco) on big-ticket outerwear. If you’re specifically after wool coats, I’d price-compare across those brands: they routinely do 30–40% off full-price or strong extra-% off sale, while EF is usually more conservative and narrower in scope.

For washable-crepe-type pants, EF’s fabric is great, but again, not always the best Cyber Monday value. I’d line up alternatives (Nic + Zoe, MM Lafleur, sometimes J.Crew Resume/Origami lines) and only pull the trigger at EF if: 1) the exact color/fit you want is in stock, and 2) the promo hits at least that ~25–30% threshold.

So, imo: don’t wait on EF alone. Build a comparison list now and be ready to pivot if their offer is underwhelming versus what the rest of the contemporary market is doing.

Hope that helps!

Hey, so I’m gonna be the slightly boring “safety / reliability” voice here 😅

Short version: yes, EF usually runs a decent Cyber Monday promo, but if you’re buying higher-ticket items like wool coats online, I’d *really* pay attention to the “unseen” stuff: return policies, quality consistency, and stock accuracy, not just the % off.

From what I know and what I’ve run into personally:

1. **Site stability & stock accuracy**
Last two years, I had issues with their site showing sizes as in stock, then orders getting partially canceled a few days later. That’s especially common with popular coat sizes/colors once the promo hits. If you’re eyeing something specific:
- Add to cart and **screenshot** the product page (price, size, color).
- Check out fast instead of trying to bundle too many items in one transaction. Fewer items = lower chance of partial cancellations.

2. **Return policy & refund timing**
Their discounts can be decent, but the *operational* side isn’t always as good as expected under sale load. I’ve had:
- Delayed refunds (3–4 weeks instead of the usual 7–10 days) after mailing back returns from a Cyber promo.
- Confusion around promo stacking when I did an exchange.
So before you go all in:
- Read the **holiday return policy** carefully (dates, store vs online rules).
- Use a payment method where you can easily track and dispute if something goes wrong (credit card > debit, IMO).

3. **Online vs in-store risk tradeoff**
Online might give the better % off, but in-store is safer in a few ways:
- You can **check fabric, drape, and any defects** before paying, which matters a lot on wool coats (pilling, seams, lining).
- Immediate resolution if there’s a pricing error; you’re not stuck in email/chat limbo.

What I’d do if you want coats + washable crepe specifically:
- **Pre-try in store** now if possible to confirm size & fit (EF sizing can be variable between fabrics).
- On Cyber Monday, order **only the items you already tried on** and know you want. That reduces return risk and the hassle if stock is wrong.
- If the online code is only slightly better than in-store (say 25% vs 20%), I’d personally buy coats **in-store** for the reliability and maybe do pants online.

Unfortunately, the deeper the discount, the more likely you are to hit stock issues, slow refunds, or CS lag. So yeah, chase the deal, but protect yourself: know the return window, document prices, and avoid over-ordering “just to see” unless you’re okay tying up that money for a while.

Hope this helps! Let me know what pieces you’re eyeing and I can suggest a safer strategy around those specifically.
