I know it sounds crazy to be looking at 2026 already but Im trying to set aside a strict $3,000 budget for a total overhaul of my gaming rig and a proper 4k OLED setup once the next gen of panels drops. Ive been doing some digging and saw a few articles on TechRadar and some older threads saying Best Buy is usually the go-to for the big screens but then I see people on Reddit swearing by B&H Photo for the actual internals like GPUs and CPUs because they dont do that weird price inflation thing as much.

Im just kinda torn because I live in a city like Chicago where I can actually go to a Micro Center but I dont know if their in-store deals usually beat out the big online giants like Amazon during that week. If you use their store card, they basically refund the sales tax, which on a high-end GPU like a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB or whatever the 2026 equivalent is, saves you enough for a whole extra SSD. That is huge money back in your pocket! For the OLED, do not sleep on Amazon. Their lightning deals on the Samsung S90C 65-inch 4K OLED TV or the Sony BRAVIA XR A80L 65-inch OLED usually crush Best Buy by at least fifty or a hundred bucks if you are fast enough. I usually stick with Micro Center for builds to play it safe.Used their AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Processor bundle.Best Buy is a decent option for the LG C3 65-inch OLED TV.
