I've been buying Adidas for years now, usually stalking the Confirmed app for drops, but honestly the pricing strategy for 2026 is throwing me for a loop. Normally my logic was just to hit the Black Friday sale as soon as it goes live to grab my size in the Ultraboost Lights before they sell out—I'm a size 11 which always disappears fast. But then last year I noticed the Cyber Monday deals actually had an extra 10 percent off coupon that worked on top of the outlet prices, which made me feel like a total idiot for buying on Friday. So I was thinking, does Adidas usually hold back certain colorways for the Monday digital drop? I've got about $300 set aside for a new gym rotation and maybe some Terrex hiking shoes for my trip to the Olympics next month, and I'm really torn. If I wait until Monday to save that extra 20 or 30 bucks, am I just gonna end up with out of stock icons across the board? I heard some rumors that the 2026 Cyber Monday might be app-exclusive only this year which makes it even more confusing. Just trying to figure out if the stock levels are actually deep enough to gamble on waiting or if the Black Friday doorbusters are as good as it gets...

Regarding what #1 said about "I usually grab my Adidas Ultraboost Light on..." - he is spot on about the stock levels. Size 11 is basically the danger zone for any popular drop. In my experience tracking inventory data over the years, flagship gear like the Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes rarely makes it to Monday in common sizes. If you see it Friday, just pull the trigger or you will be staring at out of stock icons by Sunday night. Quick tip tho... for your gym rotation, look at the Adidas Dropset 2 Trainer Shoes instead. They have a 6mm drop and a stable TPU sidewall which is way better for lifting than soft running foam. Also, keep an eye on the Adidas Terrex Swift R3 GORE-TEX Hiking Shoes for the trip. I've noticed those usually have better stock depth on Monday because the price point is higher, so thats your best bet for the extra coupon gamble.

Need waterproof or breathable Terrex? I once lost my size 11s waiting for that Monday coupon and it was brutal. Maybe grab these:
- Adidas Terrex AX4 Hiking Shoes
- Adidas Solarboost 5 Running Shoes

I usually grab my Adidas Ultraboost Light on Black Friday cuz size 11 is a nightmare to find later. Stock is much deeper then which is the main pro. But for Adidas Terrex Free Hiker 2.0 GORE-TEX I've been happy waiting till Monday for that extra 10% stackable code. Monday is cheaper but the sell-out risk is high so it wont always work. Works well for me though.
