Hey everyone,
I know it's still super early, but I'm already thinking about Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals for the Apple Watch Ultra 3 in 2025! I'm planning on upgrading from my current Apple Watch (Series 6) and the Ultra 3 is definitely on my radar.
Since it's a premium product, I'm hoping to snag it at a discounted price. Last year's Ultra 2 deals were…well, let's just say underwhelming! I'm wondering if anyone has any insights or predictions based on past Apple release cycles or retail trends. Do you think we'll see better deals on the Ultra 3, especially if it gets released earlier in the fall? Also, are there specific retailers that typically offer better discounts on Apple Watches during those sales events? Any tips or advice on where to keep an eye out would be greatly appreciated! Specifically, are deals on the cellular version typically better or worse than the GPS only model?

Quick reply while I have a sec. I had a similar experience when I was looking to upgrade my current setup last year. I spent way too much time refreshing pages and ended up learning that the big retailers usually stay pretty competitive with each other. I actually found a better deal on a previous version by just checking a local shop instead of the big chains.
- try looking at warehouse clubs if you have a membership
- price tracking apps are a lifesaver for seeing if a sale is actually a sale
- check if your credit card has any extra cash back for certain stores Its definitely a bit of a grind to find the best price. I ended up getting the cellular version because it was actually cheaper with a carrier plan than the basic one was solo... just gotta keep your options open.
