Ive been building rigs since the GTX 970 days but usually just buy parts whenever. Im planning a 4K workstation upgrade for my editing job in late 2026 and got 800 for the GPU. Im near a Micro Center too.

Looking at past cycles, do you guys think the Friday doorbusters will beat Cyber Monday online deals that year?

If youre near a Micro Center, definitely hit the Friday doorbusters! Their in-store bundles are basically legendary for workstation builds. I love that place! Cyber Monday is mostly just okay online leftovers honestly.

  • Grab the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7 early
  • Check for the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB open-box deals Micro Center deals fly out the door fast, so dont wait until Monday!

Honestly, I prefer buying on Black Friday. Waiting for Monday feels too risky for my taste and I am much happier knowing my order is confirmed early. I like sticking to what is proven to work well for editing without issues.

  • PNY GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB Verto
  • ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB I havent had any complaints with these for stability or noise.

  • Agreed. I unfortunately missed deals waiting for Monday once. Tips:
  • Snag MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Super 12GB Gaming X Slim
  • Check price protection
