Im trying to put together a serious workstation for a massive freelance project that kicks off first week of January, so I really cant afford to miss out on parts or wait for backorders. My budget is about $4,000 for the tower alone and Im hunting for those high-end components like the latest gen GPUs and those specific 4TB NVMe drives that always seem to sell out in five minutes. Lately though, the big retailers have been absolutely overrun by scalper bots and Im starting to hear that some of the smaller boutique shops or maybe even direct manufacturer sites like ASUS might be doing better exclusive drops this year.
