so im trying to plan way ahead for 2026 because my sneakers are falling apart and i walk a ton in Chicago. I have like a $60 budget tops. I was thinking maybe Nike or something but i have no idea if they even do sales... sorry if this is a stupid question i just dont know brands.

Like someone mentioned, Adidas has deals but I actually disagree about them being the best for walking. For Chicago pavement, you need better specs. In my experience, Saucony Ride 16 PWRRUN Running Shoes or New Balance Fresh Foam Arishi v4 usually hit that $50 mark on clearance.
- PWRRUN foam handles concrete better than basic EVA
- High-abrasion rubber outsoles survive city salt Focus on older flagships... youre gonna save your knees and your wallet.

Honestly, Ive tried many brands over the years and Adidas is usually your best bet for those deep Black Friday discounts. You cant go wrong.
