honestly so over these brands that mark things up right before the sale just to pretend theyre giving a deal. last year i waited months for a new winter parka and the discount was basically pennies... it felt like such a waste of time. im trying to plan way ahead for 2026 cause i really need a decent heavy coat for the chicago winter but dont wanna spend more than 300 bucks total. its just frustrating trying to find who actually does legit 40 or 50 percent off instead of just clearing out their ugly leftover stock.
which clothing brands are actually known for having the best 2026 black friday discounts and not just fake sales?

Eddie Bauer has made me really satisfied with their Black Friday deals lately. They usually do a legit 50% off the whole site, no weird markups. Its saved me a ton on gear that actually handles real cold.

- Columbia Landroamer Parka Omni-Heat Infinity Both are solid choices under 300 bucks during the sale... really works well for that lake effect wind.
