Ive been tracking inventory cycles for high-end leather goods for years so I thought I had the timing down. But looking at 2026 retail projections has me totally thrown off. Some major fashion houses seem to be shifting their calendars and I keep seeing these weird early access whispers.
I am specifically watching:
- NYC boutiques
- Italian leather brands
I have about 800 saved for a coat and I dont want to miss out if they drop the 2026 Black Friday deals way early. Has anyone heard if brands are actually shifting to an early schedule for 2026 or is it just rumors...

- The whispers are usually true because logistics are a mess lately. Brands want people buying before the shipping rush hits. For that 800 budget, you cant really go wrong with Schott NYC. Their leather is basically bulletproof and they usually do early seasonal shifts anyway. Its a way safer bet than chasing boutique rumors that might not happen tbh... stick to what works.
