When will the 2026 Black Friday early access deals begin online?

So I am trying to plan ahead for my basement setup because I really want to snag one of those LG C-series OLEDs for under 1200 dollars but I am super torn on when to actually pull the trigger for the 2026 season. My logic was that if I wait until the actual early access events like what Amazon or Best Buy usually do for members I might get the absolute lowest price but then again I run the risk of them selling out in like five minutes like they did last year.

I am basically looking at three different windows. Option one is hitting those Black Friday Month sales that start right at the beginning of November because it is safe and I am guaranteed to get it delivered to my place in Michigan before the family comes for Thanksgiving. Option two is waiting for that specific Monday or Tuesday before the actual holiday when the Early Access usually drops for rewards members. Or I could just gamble and wait for the actual Friday itself.

The thing is I have noticed the Early Access dates seem to be creeping earlier every single year so I am wondering if we are looking at like November 15th or even earlier for 2026? I dont want to buy it on November 2nd and then see it drop another two hundred bucks ten days later because getting a price match during that week is a total nightmare. When do you guys think the real online deals are actually gonna go live...

Re: "I am super happy with just hitting those..."

  • Honestly jumping in here because I am obsessed with my OLED basement setup! It is seriously the best upgrade you can make!! Quick question tho... are you looking at the 55 or the 65 inch LG C6 65 Inch OLED 4K TV? The pricing strategy totally changes depending on the screen size you want. If you are aiming for the 65, those mid-month member sales around Nov 12th are usually the sweet spot for stock before the madness hits. Most big retailers have amazing price guarantee policies during the holidays now so you dont even have to deal with the match nightmare later if it drops further. You should also check out the LG G6 55 Inch OLED evo if the price dips because that brightness is insane! Dont sleep on the Samsung S95F 65 Inch QD-OLED if the LG stock gets low. Cant wait to hear which size you are going for!

I am super happy with just hitting those November 1st sales. Honestly, waiting for the specific Monday before the holiday (probably Nov 23rd) is way too risky if you actually want it.

  • Early Nov: Safe stock and guaranteed delivery. Works well for me every time.
  • Early Access: High sell-out risk for popular screens. I got my LG C4 65-inch 4K OLED early last year and had zero complaints. Just buy early.

To add to the point above: I have been tracking these retail trends for years and 2026 is looking like the Early Access window is gonna shift to roughly November 20th. Basically, that Friday before Thanksgiving is when the real floodgates open for rewards members! If you want that basement setup to be amazing without the price match headache, here is my strategy:

  • Get the Best Buy Total Membership before November. They usually offer 60-day price protection which is life-saving during the holidays.
  • Watch the LG C6 65-Inch 4K OLED TV on November 13th. That is usually when the second pre-sale wave hits.
  • Grab a Sanus VLF728-B2 Large Full-Motion Wall Mount early so you are ready to hang it immediately. Honestly, waiting for the 27th is just asking for a sold out screen. Getting it delivered by the 15th is way better for testing everything! Love the OLED choice, it is fantastic.
